The Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On the Local Self-Government in Ukraine" (re Coordination with Effective Educational Laws regarding Dismissal and Appointment of Leaders of Educational Establishments)

The Bill (Reg. No.1417) coordinates the said Law with effective educational laws regarding dismissal and appointment of leaders of preschool, comprehensive and extra-scholastic educational establishments, which will ensure steady work of the said establishments and eliminate conflict situations.
